Beyond Birthday is a whole different person. He's from the book Another Note, and is basicly like an evil L. He wanted to be like L so that's why he dresses like him, but they are two different people.

beyond birthday is by far one of the most creepy, interesting, and amazing serial killers i have ever read about. i just finished another note recently
