this surely is the most detailed pic I made°°'and I'm quite proud of itXD
let's see reasons and symbols:I've chose Carlisle because,to me,he was so proud(or presumptous)to think that he could controll the natural instinct of a vampire:that's an uncontrollable thing,but he tried hard to suppress it and he did it.He was proud in a good way.
And about Esme,it's kind of a subtle reason: Pride is also called"mother of all sins"..XD
Symbols:
Royal clothes: I used them because kings are so pride.In particular,I harked back to the most pride royal family in history(in my opinionXD):Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette.Because of their pride,they lost the head
Peacock feathers are symbol of pride and vanity,which is often related to this sin
the lion is not EdwardXD this beautiful(and ZOMG awfully hard to draw@.@)animal is symbol of pride too;also,it's called "King of the forest"XD
the lily in the lion's mouth is a regal symbol:a lot of kings and noble families adopted it as their own coat of arms
finally,the violet theme colour is often related to proud because it's symbol of royalty.
