Another attempt of paintish style,I wanted to do some semi-realistic stuff,but...It turned out like this. 
As you can clearly see,I really lack of facial structure knowledge,this is an experiment and I'm trying very hard to improve,so if you have some good advice or critique,feel free to tell me!It will be very appreciated!
